A relatively new course good for High Handicaps
Ayutthaya Golf Club is situated about 1.30 hours from Bangkok Centre in the historical town of Ayutthaya, which many years ago was the capital of Thailand. If you can get over the fact that there is a little bit of extra travelling involved you will be pleasantly surprised at how nice this country course is. With its wide fairways, short rough and large greens this course is ideal for high handicappers who wish to play user friendly course. The clubhouse offers the usual facilities and local Thai food as well as international. It is definitely worth having a round of golf here as it is in a beautiful part of the country reaped in history.
The clubhouse and other facilities are better than most area courses and the dry sauna in both the men’s and ladies changing rooms is a nice touch usually on reserved for higher priced Thai golf courses. A basic restaurant serves up tasty local and international dishes.
The Ayutthaya Golf Club is well-suited for anyone looking for an enjoyable golf experience.
