In total, there are eight golf courses in Phuket and they spread out across the island, meaning that you will never be far away from your next round of golf, wherever you decide to stay.  However, for the best choice in Phuket golf, it is good idea to stay centrally or to the north of the island and it is the north in which the airport is located.  In this area of the island, there are also a number of great golf clubs, which means that you will be able to get out on the course almost as soon as you arrive.
