A beautiful challenging course

Wangjuntr is unique not only for the double green concept of course design, but also for the pristine landscape that has been left untouched. This environmentally friendly Pattaya golf resort property consists of natural terrain combined with mature rubber trees, pineapple plantations, sugar-cane fields, and cassava farms. All large trees have been preserved and augmented by a well managed reforestation program. These two Thai golf courses demonstrate the ecological harmony of championship golf courses and pristine wilderness.

The Highlands Course is the most demanding and plays very similar distances to the right or left greens on each hole, over 7600 yards, making this the longest golf course in Thailand. The layout, regardless of which greens you choose or are required to play, consists of four par three holes, ten par four holes, and four par five holes. The par three holes range from 150 to 253 yards, which is a quite a poke for most golfers. The par four holes play up to 493 yards, and the longest par five is 690 yards long!

The Valley Course features double greens as well and plays shorter and less difficult over 7100 yards with five par five holes and five par three holes, the longest of which is 245 yards. The interesting par three 15th hole plays to a sloped green with a pond lurking on the right side. Another par three, hole number 17, tees off from atop a cliff down to a tightly guarded green while distracting the golfer with spectacular views of the region.

Wangjuntr Golf Park, is ideal as a group event venue for more experienced golfers. On-site accommodations options include cabins, a golf lodge, and a private mansion, all surrounded by lush foliage and a bird sanctuary. Local and international food is served at the clubhouse dining facilities and many excellent restaurants are nearby along the Gulf of Thailand. Several of these make great choices for enjoying a seafood feast while watching the sun set and replaying your round verbally before heading back for a night out in Pattaya.
